Scott Kopel is the owner and manager of GrandView Properties. He is a home designer and builder with a focus on high quality custom homes. Scott is detail-oriented and committed to his customers. Scott personally manages each project to ensure every aspect is accounted for. He is not a large scale builder; his target is to build 3 or 4 houses a year. His qualifications include:
